Elephants know they need to travel to survive. They assess their situation and then travel long distances under hazardous circumstances to keep themselves and their herd alive. Their memories of places, resources, and family members enable them to do so successfully.
Travelling elephants are a reminder that moving on can be worth the risks if your current situation is unfavorable. We too should assess our situations, determine if we should seek opportunities elsewhere, and travel to where we can not only survive but even thrive personally and professionally.
